Refund & Cancellation Policy

No payments are being taken. The OSHA Research Assistant is available as a free trial, and paid subscriptions are not currently offered. Joining the waitlist is free and does not authorize a charge. The policy below applies if paid plans open.
All sales are final: no refunds
We do not provide refunds or credits, in whole or in part, for any subscription payment. That includes partially used or unused billing periods, unused questions, a decision to stop using the service, a cancellation made shortly after a payment, and dissatisfaction with any answer. Payments are not prorated. Try the free trial before you subscribe; it exists so you can decide whether the assistant is useful to you before paying.
Cancel anytime; keep access until the period ends
You can cancel at any time through the subscription-management link provided with your purchase and in the assistant's settings, or by asking us for help at the email below. Cancelling stops all future renewals. You keep full paid access until the end of the billing period you already paid for; after that date your account returns to the free plan. You are not charged again.
Example: you subscribe to the $19 monthly plan on September 18 and cancel on September 19. You are not refunded the $19, you keep paid access through October 18, and you are not billed on October 18. An annual plan works the same way: access continues to the end of the paid year.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the same interval until cancelled. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date shown in your account. A renewal payment is non-refundable on the same terms as a first payment.
Billing errors
A charge made in error is not a refund request. If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged an amount different from the price shown at checkout, email us with your purchase email address and order reference and we will have the error corrected. Please do not send card numbers.
If we end your access
If we discontinue the paid service, we will stop future renewals and you will keep access to whatever remains available until the end of your paid period. If we terminate an account for breach of the Terms of Use, no refund is due.
Payment provider and your legal rights
Purchases would be processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, whose buyer terms also apply. This policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by law. It does not limit any refund or cancellation right that applicable law makes mandatory and that cannot be waived.
