Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pre-launch notice: The OSHA Research Assistant is coming soon. We are not accepting payments or selling subscriptions. Joining the waitlist is free and does not authorize a charge. The policy below describes the terms planned for paid subscriptions when sales open.
14-day first-purchase refund
At launch, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first monthly or annual subscription payment. You do not need to give a reason. Refunded subscriptions will end, and paid access will be withdrawn.
How to request a refund
Email admin@dailysafetymoment.com with your purchase email address and order or transaction reference. Please do not send card numbers. If your receipt identifies Paddle as the seller, you can also use the support link in that receipt. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
Canceling a subscription
You will be able to cancel future renewals through the subscription-management link provided with your purchase, or ask us for help at the email above. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Unless a refund is issued, cancellation keeps your access available until the end of the period already paid for.
Renewals and unused time
The 14-day first-purchase policy does not restart at each renewal. After that initial window, we do not routinely provide partial refunds for unused time or unused questions. Contact us about accidental renewals, duplicate charges, or a service problem so we can review the circumstances. If we cannot provide a paid service, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights or remedies for defective or undelivered services. Where the payment provider's buyer terms or applicable law give you additional rights, those rights continue to apply.
