OSHA Research Assistant Launch Waitlist

When you join the launch waitlist, we store your email address, signup time, and the version of the consent notice you accepted. We use these records to send the launch updates you requested, on the basis of your consent. Joining does not subscribe you to the safety newsletter, create a paid account, or authorize a payment.

Waitlist records are stored in a private database on our US-hosted website. Our hosting and email service providers may process the information to operate the list and deliver updates. We do not sell the list or share it for third-party marketing. For abuse prevention, the form also stores a hashed IP address temporarily; rate-limit entries expire from use after 30 seconds and entries older than one day are removed when the form next processes a new signup.

We retain waitlist records while preparing and sending launch updates, unless you withdraw consent sooner. Request removal or access to your data at any time by emailing admin@dailysafetymoment.com from the address you used to join, or use our contact form. Launch emails will include a way to stop further updates.

Paid service: paid subscriptions are not currently offered and no payment details are collected. If paid plans open, checkout and billing would be handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, under its own privacy policy.

The assistant at dailysafetymoment.com/chat has its own Privacy Notice. That notice, not this policy, describes what the assistant collects (accounts, questions, saved conversations, AI providers) and controls for that service.

Newsletter

When you subscribe, we collect your email address, your language (English or Spanish) and the audience you choose (field, office or both). We use them to send the free toolbox-talk pack you asked for and the Daily Safety Moment newsletter, because you requested them.

Our email provider, Resend, stores your subscription and sends the emails for us from servers in the United States. It records delivery events (delivered, bounced, marked as spam, unsubscribed) and whether an email was opened and which links were clicked, which we use to see which safety topics are useful. Our website also keeps a sign-up log entry (time, email address, a one-way hash of your IP address and whether the sign-up succeeded) to prevent abuse and to show when you subscribed; entries are deleted after 12 months. We do not sell the list or share it for third-party marketing.

Every email has a link to change your preferences or unsubscribe, or you can email admin@dailysafetymoment.com. After you unsubscribe, your address stays on record as unsubscribed so that we do not email you again; email us if you want it deleted entirely.
